The Firm has a significant real estate practice and its clients are industrial corporations - active mainly in the hotel/ resort business - equity investors, developers and wealthy individuals. The Firm has routinely represented foreign buyers in acquisitions of real estate throughout Italy and in purchasing large scale estates. The Firm has advised large UE corporations owning and managing hotels all over Europe to buy hotels (both real estate and business) in Italy. The Association has also advised large US corporations in the acquisition of hotel real estates through real estate investments trust and in (the consequent) formation of joint ventures with developers or management companies. Moreover, the Firm has a significant experience in representing landlords and tenants in a wide range of lease transactions, including sale and lease-back deals.
Furthermore, the Firm provides assistance in relation to city planning procedures, to the agreements between public administrations and individuals, to real estate transactions regarding the transfer of building rights, as well as city planning set-off, to the incorporation of real estate investment funds held by public entities, to the instruments of city planning re-qualification.
