The Firm’s EU practice consists primarily of providing advice with respect to antitrust, state aids and financial incentives to producers, free movement and right of establishment, customs law, distribution and trade matters, implementation of directives and interpretation of regulations. The Firm also provides assistance to clients in matters before the EU Commission and represents clients before the Tribunal of First Instance and the European Court of Justice, as well as before Italian courts in EU law matters.
